Our friendly team at Winash Residential Home comprises expert carers, catering and domestic staff, administration staff and an experienced management team.
Approachable managers
Our experienced management team oversees the staff teams. Our residential home manager is Heather House and our deputy is Emma Utley, who both have decades of experiences in care services.
The role of the management team is to make sure that each resident’s unique needs are met daily and without compromise. If you have questions or concerns about a loved one in our care, you’re always welcome to come in for a confidential chat with the management team.

Versatile chefs
We employ trained chefs to cater for all tastes. You’ll find a mixture of traditional and international dishes on the menu. We always take into account personal dietary requirements and we balance nutrition with
personal preferences. Residents are catered for with breakfast, a two course lunch and a three course supper all cooked with fresh local ingredients, on the premises. Homemade cakes, tea and coffee are available in the afternoon and residents can request additional food and refreshments throughout the day

We have a small team of dedicated admin support staff who work behind the scenes to ensure we are compliant with regulations through policies and audit procedures. They facilitate our HR and accounts function and support all our staff teams.
